- MAY I RETURN A PIECE OF ARTWORK IF IT DOES NOT MEET MY EXPECTATIONS?
We want you to love your new artwork, so if a piece doesn’t quite work in your space we offer a 14-day return period on eligible artworks. Please do contact us within 48 hours after you have received the artwork. Return any piece within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll issue you a refund on the price of the art, minus a 10% handling fee. You need to pay for the return shipping. You must use the original packaging for return shipping. You may find more at Return Policy or on the return policy you have received with your artwork.
- HOW DO I RETURN A PIECE OF ARTWORK?
Our return process is easy. When you first receive your purchase, please keep the original packaging. Repackage the art in its original box and contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] to receive further instructions. Only eligible artworks can be returned, please find more at Return Policy or on the return policy you have received with your artwork.
- HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST TO SEND ART?
For artwork shipped outside of Hong Kong, shipping costs vary based on the size of the art, the destination country, and the packing materials needed to safely transport the art. You may find the exact shipping cost of a piece by adding it to your shopping cart or by contacting us at [email protected]. Taxes may apply according to your local customs policy and the customs may contact you in such case.
- HOW DO YOU SHIP ARTWORK?
All artwork is carefully packaged by our own team to insure safe delivery.
- ONCE I PURCHASE AN ARTWORK, HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Artwork is typically shipped within five business days. Once your artwork is shipped, please allow three to ten more business days for it to arrive. International shipping may take even longer due to customs procedures. You will receive an email with a tracking number so you can see exactly when your art will arrive.
- WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ARTWORK?
If you receive a damaged piece of art, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] Please save the box and all packaging material; we must have these items in order to process the claim.
- HOW DO I SEARCH FOR AND PURCHASE ARTWORK AT UPANDCOMING.GALLERY?
To purchase a piece of art, simply click the “add to cart” button at the right of the piece and then you can find it in your shopping cart. The “shopping cart” button is at the top right corner of each page. You can click “proceed to checkout” and follow the onscreen instructions.

We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard and PayPal, as well as with direct bank transfer.
